You can choose to purchase the underlying mailbox subscription directly yourself, or ask Creative Web Care to manage the provider subscription and recharge the provider cost.
Passwords are never stored in the Creative Web Care client portal. The portal records only the service request, setup status and non-secret configuration notes.
