1. The service
Creative Web Care provides website design and optional ongoing website-management services. The exact scope, price and delivery expectations are confirmed before work begins.
2. Starter website
The advertised £49 setup price applies to a straightforward starter website using the agreed Creative Web Care scope. There is no fixed page limit: it can include as many standard informational pages or sections as the business genuinely needs, together with supplied business information, mobile-friendly design and one initial revision. Ecommerce, advanced booking systems, large catalogues, custom integrations, specialist copywriting and premium third-party services require a separate quotation.
3. Ongoing website care
The £14.99 monthly service is designed for reasonable, routine content changes under a fair-use policy. It is not unlimited development time and does not include full redesigns, new complex systems or urgent out-of-hours work unless separately agreed.
4. Customer information and permissions
You must provide accurate information and confirm that you have permission to use supplied names, text, photographs, logos, reviews, music, trademarks and other content. You remain responsible for business claims, prices, regulated information and legal notices relating specifically to your organisation.
5. Reviews and approvals
Where the client portal is used, you review private previews before publication. Approval applies to the specific preview shown. Creative Web Care may pause or refuse requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing or outside the agreed service.
6. Publishing and availability
We take reasonable care when publishing approved changes and verifying the live result. Hosting providers, registrars and other third parties may experience outages outside our control. No website can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
7. Domains and third-party costs
Domain registration, renewals, premium domains, paid plugins, licences, email services and third-party platforms are charged separately unless expressly included. Domain ownership and renewal responsibility will be confirmed with the customer.
8. Payments
Setup work may require payment before work begins. Monthly services are billed at the agreed interval. If a recurring payment fails, a seven-day grace period may apply before portal change actions are paused. Existing records and the live website are not automatically deleted because portal access is paused.
9. Cancellation
You may request cancellation of ongoing care in accordance with the billing arrangement agreed at signup. Amounts already due for completed work, domains, licences or third-party costs remain payable. We will explain any practical effect on hosting, publishing access or ongoing maintenance.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Creative Web Care is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, third-party outages, customer-supplied infringements or changes made outside our managed process.
11. Contact and governing law
Questions should be sent to hello@creativewebcare.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Business email add-on
Business email is an optional managed add-on. The Creative Web Care management fee is separate from any third-party mailbox provider subscription unless a written package explicitly says otherwise. The customer can hold and pay the provider account directly, or ask Creative Web Care to manage the provider subscription and recharge the provider cost.
Mailbox passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, recovery codes and provider security answers must not be stored in the Creative Web Care client portal. Email availability and features depend on the selected third-party provider.
